Cat 101 at TCHS
No questions about it – owning a kitty is the cat’s meow! (Or the cat’s pajamas, whichever you prefer).
No longer second fiddle to Man’s Best Friend, these fabulous felines have proven to be loving companions in their own right. But cat behavior can be just as tricky as teaching an old (or any) dog new tricks. That’s why TCHS is offering Cat 101!
This is your chance to learn a little bit about a lot of cat-related subjects: litter box headaches, proper introductions to other animals, and so much more! (This is the purr-fect opportunity for new cat parents, or aspiring cat parents.)
The class will be taught by Rose Hegerle, TCHS’ Animal Care Manager, a certified veterinary technician, and a cat enthusiast. The class is at 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 10, at TCHS, 735 8th St NE in St. Cloud.
There is no cost to attend the class, but TCHS will gladly accept both monetary and in-kind donations. Please RSVP for the class with Volunteer Coordinator Kate Kompas by calling 320-252-0896, ext. 27, or emailing her at volunteer@tricountyhumanesociety.org – we hope to see many people there!
