Any fan of little dogs knows they can leave a big impact in your life (and on your heart). This adoption story is about a 2-year-old Chihuahua mix who is a recent adoptee from Tri-County Humane Society. Chester arrived at the shelter in mid-March as part of a transfer facilitated through Animal Humane Society; he was adopted three days later. And even though he’s only been with his people a short time, Chester is already right at home.
“Chester is our perfect new member of our home. He simply loves all people. He’s still going to the door when he needs to potty. We’re working on ‘quiet’ when he hears someone outside our door, but (he’s) a fast learner. Definitely a lap dog and loves to cuddle. Loves his walks. He’s curious about new outings like the pet store - with walking so much, he needed a good harness and new outfits. Thank you so much for our Chester.”
