This adoption story is about a dog who needed someone to take a chance on him! Then called Ezra, the 2-year-old mixed breed dog came into the shelter in September with a rep of an overly energetic dog who would need a patient owner. Well, this pupper, now named Waylon, found the right human (who found out that Waylon is a Border Collie/Shepherd mix).

My family was skeptical about me getting a dog after we lost our family dog last year, but they have welcomed him to the family. He wants to be by my side every second of the day and he hates when I go to work but is always happy to see me when I get home. He follows me around like my shadow. He has even made new doggy friends he loves to play with, his two golden doodles, Otis and Mack. … I also forgot to mention he shares the bed with me every night even though he isn't the greatest with sharing my bed...
