Rosemary, now Stout

This adoption story is about a kitten who was adopted shortly before Halloween; her new family made sure she had a starring role in their Christmas pictures. The kitten spent some time in foster care to grow big and strong as well as learn lots of important things about being a kitty. Rosemary then returned to the shelter, where she was snapped up by a couple on Oct. 30. Renamed Stout, this now about 6-month-old has been a welcome addition to the family.

“She loves climbing things she’s not supposed to, cuddling, and sitting in the window.” Stout is an overachiever for sure – her new humans were having her harness trained and report she knows the commands “sit,” “up,” “wait,” and “target.”

Cheers to all your new skills, Stout!
