Dear TCHS,
Almost 10 years ago (the 16th will be 10 years) I met my best friend at your facility.
He was named Gunny, although I remember the woman who helped us with the paperwork affectionately called him “chubby head”. I called him Money. And since that day I have spoiled and loved him to the best of my ability.
We both wanted to just say thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to meet. There’s no sad twist in this one. He’s still healthy and happy and has made lots of friends since his time with you. And I’m hoping he’s got a lot more time to make some more. I’m including the first picture I took of him the day I brought him home and some more recent ones. Thank you so much for what you do. You’ve given us both a better life.
