Marla originally came to the shelter in July of last year. She was here for almost 2 months and was treated for an URI (kitty cold) before being adopted in September 2017. She was in that home for only one week before being returned because the resident pets were not interested in adding a new cat to the pack. Her second stay at the shelter lasted only a week and she was adopted for the last time on September 28th, 2017.
This update was sent in last Friday:
“I adopted Marla and she is my best friend. When I went to the humane society, she immediately came up to the gate of her cage and licked me. She’s a little stinker sometimes, but she loves to cuddle! Especially when it’s uncomfortable for you lol! I’m so glad I adopted this sweet baby about 6 months ago!”
Sometimes it just takes the right person to walk into the room and meet the right cat! Thanks for helping us make those matches!
