Green Bean, now Charlie

It’s hard to believe, but we know some Minnesotans are sorry that winter’s long over. Today’s Feel Good Fur-Day is one of them!
The now-9-month-old Husky mix named Charlie (he was known as Green Bean at TCHS) was a little bummed when the snow melted, according to his new humans. Charlie was adopted in late December of 2025, and while he doesn’t look much like a Husky, he certainly acted like one with his affection for snow.
“He’s a very calm boy and loves meeting new people and dogs, which has made it really easy for him to adjust and settle in,” one of his new humans writes. He’s an active pup who loves car rides (especially sticking his head out the window) and running with his people. “We’re excited to see if he enjoys swimming and paddleboarding this summer!”
Don’t worry, Charlie, before you know it, there will be snow on the ground again.
