Freckle, now Suki
Today’s Feel Good Fur-Day is about a kitten who’s stolen her new humans’ hearts and only caused a minor amount of damage to their couch and curtains.
The kitten we called Freckle came to TCHS in November 2025. She spent some time in foster care (thank you, TCHS fosters!), where she was reportedly a little shy. Not anymore! Freckle was adopted in early January and renamed Suki. One of her new humans reported Suki has two speeds: full throttle or curled up in a lap. This now-5-month-old kitten is a growing girl who isn’t afraid to scream for her food.
“Suki is a cuddle bug that loves laps, wants to sleep on your face, and has a fantastic purr that she uses all the time. When she’s not being cute and cuddly, she’s terrorizing her big kitty brother, Smoof, or playing with her favorite spring toys that disappear on a regular basis.”
Who could resist such an adorable kitten with unique markings? “Not a lot of girls can look this cute with a mustache, but Suki can pull it off.”
