BABZE – 02/01/1999- 04/05/2018
Babze was adopted from the shelter approximately 16 years ago. It’s a story of how a pet can have a rough start, find their way to some TLC at Tri-County Humane Society and with our help, make a great connection and live a long and comfortable life with a new family.
From her family:
We adopted Babze approximately 16 years ago. She was a stray with a broken left leg. We had surgery on her leg and she was able to use it afterwards. We have always adopted the older dogs. In the one picture you can see the pins they used to fix the leg. Our vet was impressed she lived so long and healthy to the end. Babze passed away at home in bed, right between us, where she always slept. Our baby will be greatly missed.
