On April 8th, 2017, Archer was transferred to us from Leech Lake Legacy where he was an un-owned, free-roaming kitty in need of his own home. He was neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, de-wormed and treated for ear mites during his short stay with us. On April 11th, 2017, Archer picked his new family. Here is an update that was sent to us on his 1-year adoption anniversary:
“It’s been a full year since we brought Archer home. He is the textbook story of ‘look at every animal before you choose’ because we did not look his way until a little black paw came through that cage. He has caught upwards of 30 mice, enjoys perching on shoulders, lying on his heated mattress pad for napping, eating, and is a huge lover to 2 small toddlers and his dog friend, Casey. Also, he drinks out of the toilet and bathtub. WHAT CAT DOES THAT??”
