Tri-County Humane Society offers our sincere appreciation to everyone who made this event possible.
What an anniversary gift.
Tri-County Humane Society is excited to announce that our 50th Anniversary Celebration Gala raised $84,802 for the animals.
About 200 people attended the event, held May 2 at Harvester Square. The gala featured wine and beer tasting, a silent auction, delicious food, live music, and so much more.
We are so thankful to our guests, our sponsors (see all of them below; we could not do these events without them), our hardworking staff and volunteers, and our special guest of honor, former TCHS Executive Director Vicki Davis.
In addition, we'd like to give special thanks to the following:
* Tessa Johnson, Julie Johnson, and the team at Harvester Square for their help with this beautiful venue.
* Custom Catering for the delicious dinner, and Nothing Bundt Cakes out of Maple Grove for the festive desserts.
* Granite City Jazz Trio: Richard Witteman, John Harlander, and Karl Van Beckum for providing live music.
* Lisa Crayford with Country Gallery Photography for taking complimentary guest photos.
* Dave Schwarz, for put together our 50th anniversary video.
* Gene and Cassandra Deering for assisting with our Raise a Paw for Vet Care live auction.
* Bill Nelson, TCHS Board Member and fundraising extraordinaire, for raising $39,211.04 with the annual Spay-ghetti and (No) Meat Balls fundraiser, a pool tournament at Duck’s Sports Bar and Grill, lots of meat raffles, and "Bill’s Jars" - collection jars given to friends throughout the year to support TCHS. Thank you, Bill!
